Painted Swooshes stand out boldly across each side, outlined with green gum edges that add an extra layer of visual depth.

The CPFM font is stamped across both heel panels, tying into the tongue labels, which feature alternating “CPFM” and “XYZ” fonts for a playful contrast. A brown outsole smiley underlines the sole with a hidden, cheerful detail. Finished with hand-dyed fat laces from @allabove.store, this pair balances eccentricity with intention in every element.

This pair features a custom design of the adidas Originals x SNS Mundial Team, a football-inspired silhouette rooted in the legacy of iconic players. Drawing inspiration from traditional Swedish clogs, the back of the shoe was cut off to create a mule effect, blending heritage design with a contemporary twist that nods to the birthplace of SNS.

To further elevate the aesthetic, the signature toebox stitching was extended all the way up to the tongue, which now features an elastic strap reminiscent of vintage adidas football boots. The original studded sole was carefully sanded down and replaced with a Vibram heel sole, reimagining this classic silhouette for everyday wear. A tribute to the past, adapted for the present.

This custom pair features a reworked pitch-inspired silhouette, where the original turf sole has been completely sanded down and replaced with my signature Vibram sole—bringing both elevated style and everyday wearability. To complement the design and color palette, the standard laces were swapped for a unique lace trim with a gold outline, perfectly echoing the shoe’s embossed lettering for a refined, cohesive finish.

This custom features a rich coffee dye across the upper, with lapped panels adding depth and dimension. The sole and signature stripes are aged for a worn-in, vintage aesthetic, while bleached mesh elements introduce texture and contrast, enhancing the overall design.

This pair features a custom Chuck Taylor All Star, paying homage to the golden era of vintage basketball through thoughtful design and artisanal craftsmanship. The entire upper has been reconstructed using a grainy two-layer fabric. The top layer, precision-cut in a star pattern, has been meticulously laminated onto the underlying fabric—both layers seamlessly bonded and reinforced with detailed stitching. The shoe has been hand-dyed in a deep, dark tone, enhancing its bold, retro aesthetic. 

A subtle dust finish has been applied to the sole and toe cap, adding a weathered, timeworn character. Rooted in a monochrome black-and-white palette, the project emphasizes texture and finish, evoking the raw spirit and iconic heritage of early basketball footwear.

This pair features the iconic Adidas Campus 80, chosen for its classic silhouette but reimagined with a striking twist. All the quarter panels were replaced with luxurious bouclé fabric, drawing inspiration from the timeless Chanel bouclé jackets. This fabric adds an elegant, textured layer, giving the shoe a sophisticated yet contemporary feel.

The tongue was also reimagined in the same bouclé fabric, further enhancing the tactile experience. To elevate comfort, a soft goat leather lining was added, and the tongue was given an extra puffy look for a plush, luxurious touch.

The toebox and heel tab were hand-dyed in a deep grey color, creating a subtle yet bold contrast against the light tones of the bouclé fabric. In a nod to refined craftsmanship, the original sole was removed and replaced with a crepe sole, which brings a natural, earthy texture and look to the design.

The entire look is finished with fuzzy laces from @allabove.store, perfectly complementing the soft textures and giving the pair a unique, cozy finish.

This custom blends high fashion with classic sneaker culture, combining refined materials with a streetwear aesthetic to create something both sophisticated and playful.

This custom pair features a reimagining of the iconic BW Army silhouette, crafted in collaboration with @jwstudios and @iamtolgah. To add volume to the shoe’s inherently sleek and filigree design, our signature double sole was introduced. The mudguard received a subtle dye treatment, while carefully selected crochet fabrics were stitched into the heel layer and side panels, adding handcrafted detail and textural depth. The toe box was fully overlaid with delicate floral lace, introducing a soft touch of elegance. The tongue was adorned with a centered lace overlay that mirrors the design language of the upper. Wide, thin, and coarsely knitted flat laces complete the look, blending modern style with vintage charm.

This custom project features the upcoming Adidas x Brain Dead bowling shoes, which have been upgraded with custom swirly Vibram soles. Originally designed with ultra-slick leather soles tailored for bowling lanes, the stock soles offered limited traction for everyday wear. To address this, I’ve replaced them with Vibram soles, offering improved grip, comfort, and versatility, while still preserving the unique aesthetic of the original design. This modification transforms the shoes from performance-specific footwear into a stylish, street-ready option, perfect for daily use.

This pair features the Air Penny 2 x Stüssy in Black as its base, transformed through a deep chocolate brown dye that brings a rich, earthy tone to the silhouette. The finish feels warm and grounded, with the natural variation in the dye adding depth and individuality to each pair.

This pair features a design inspired by texture and tone, where a tulle blouse was carefully deconstructed and repurposed. Its delicate fabric was cut and sewn into both the upper and middle panels of the shoe, adding a soft, ethereal contrast to the structured silhouette. The entire shoe has been meticulously hand-dyed in a deep black and anthracite blend, creating a sleek and cohesive base. 

The lining takes on subtle depth with a gradient of anthracite and dark blue, while the lower tongue introduces an unexpected hint of dark green—adding nuance without disrupting the dark aesthetic. Black-dyed lace loops and matching black laces complete the look, tying together the moody, textured design with understated elegance.

This custom design on the Air Max 95 is probably my favorite 95’ concept to date. The client requested a simple yet standout look, and I aimed to deliver just that. To achieve this, I incorporated a black pleated trim along both the lateral and medial sides, which underwent a stonewashed treatment for a distinct distressed finish. The edges of the shoe were dyed in a contrasting gray, adding depth and contrast to the design. To complete the look, the lace tips were dipped in a stone gray color, seamlessly tying the whole aesthetic together with subtle sophistication.

This pair features a CPFM-inspired custom design crafted from smooth white calf leather. The right shoe showcases the signature AIR font, while the left displays custom hcpstds lettering, short for hcpstudios, adding a unique personal touch.

This pair features three removable bags crafted from olive green suede, secured with custom-lasered buttons for a refined, functional detail. Yellow crosshairs on the inner panels add a subtle graphic accent, while a bold yellow-painted Nike font makes a statement on the heel. Precision-lasered tongue tags complete the look with a clean finish. Inside, the insole is wrapped in olive green suede and detailed with glow-in-the-dark printed logos.

This pair features a stunning brown-red-pink gradient dye that seamlessly flows across the entire upper and midsole, creating a dynamic and captivating effect. The toebox area showcases a heat-reactive material that transitions from anthracite to fiery orange, symbolizing the intense energy and transformation of a solar eclipse. The design perfectly captures the celestial phenomenon, blending rich colors and innovative materials for a truly unique look.

for this project, i gave the new balance 992 a full transformation. the original midsole & outsole were completely removed and replaced with a handcrafted brown leather welt, paired with a light midsole to preserve the natural drop & finished with a flat vibram sole. the entire mudguard suede was hand-dyed in a rich brown tone. to complete the look, i added a double lacing system inspired by the miu miu x new balance collab — creating a balanced and cohesive reinterpretation of the classic silhouette.

This pair started with the NB 990 V3 Made in USA (grey) as the base. The entire upper was dyed to create a unique beige/olive color. Fleece fabric was added to the mesh panels, while the small panels on the toebox were dyed a lighter grey for contrast. The midsole was given a vintage grey touch, and the outsole received a used look for added character. The design is completed with vintage laces from @allabove.store, adding the perfect finishing detail.

This pair features the New Balance 860 V2 ML860XB, reimagined with a striking, futuristic aesthetic. The entire mesh upper has been dyed in deep black and treated with a metallic silver overlay, giving the shoe a sleek, reflective quality that catches the light with every movement.

The quarter panels and tongue logos were also dyed in a vintage black, subtly contrasting with the metallic sheen while maintaining a cohesive, aged look. The sole is a standout feature, colored in a smooth gradient that transitions from dark grey to blue. Three distinct shades were carefully blended together, creating a dynamic effect that feels both modern and organic.

To add a refined finishing touch, all the leather edges were painted in a rich blue, providing a crisp contrast to the darker tones and elevating the overall design.
